Report Designer (Flow)
This information refers to the Flow Engine, the default used by Pentaho Reporting from version 3.5. For older versions of Pentaho, look at the Classic Engine. Classic reports will continue to work with Pentaho 3.5+, but Flow reports will not work with earlier versions.
